• I forgot member ID?

Please email helpdesk@webstergy.com with the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your registered address
3. Your registered email address
4. An order ID

When we have checked this information with your registered details, we will email you with your member ID.

• I forgot my password?

Click the [Sign In] button at the top right of our home page, enter your registered email address at the "Retrieve Password" section and click [Submit]. Your password will be emailed to your registered email address.

• Do I need to register as a member to order from Site?

Once you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, and registered as a member, you will be able to make orders.

• How to change my registered information?

Just sign in and edit your personal information and click submit.
